Friday
I was unable to attend Friday morning's meet so I can't recap the races, but Todd Tokubo took pictures of the varsity races.

Saturday
Bill Buettner Girls Championship
The meet was a rematch of the Woodbridge Invitational competitors Rylee Blade of Santiago (Corona) and Sadie Engelhardt of Ventura. They came by the one mile mark in identical times and by the two mile mark, Engelhardt opened a slight lead. Engelhardt won in a course record time of 16:24.2 with Blade finishing in a remarkable time of 16:31.3. Hometown favorite Buchanan won the team award with 65 points with JSerra and Santiago (Corona) finishing second and third.

Rob Brenner Boys Championship
Twelve boys came by the one mile mark in the boy's championship race within a second of each other. At the two mile mark, Josiah Tostenson of Crater Oregon took a two second lead over Broen Holman of Sonora and teammate Tayson Kitchen. Tostenson maintained his lead to the finish line with a 14:41.3 and Griffin Kushen of Tesoro taking second in a time of 14:43.8. Beckman won the team title with 83 points with Jesuit taking second and Crater finishing third.

Saturday Varsity Blue Races
Charlotte Hopkins of Arcadia won the first race of the day on Saturday with a time of 18:04.4. Local school Madera South won the girls Blue XL team title. Kinga Czajkowska of Palo Alto won a close race in the Varsity Large Blue race in a time of 17:49.4. Los Gatos girls won the team title.

Alijah Murillo of Branham won the XL Blue varsity race in a time of 15:12.6 and he led his school, Branham, to the team victory. Tyler Daillak of Paso Robles ran a fast time of 14:53.7and dismantled the competition in the Varsity Large Blue race. Ayala came home with the team title.

Saturday Varsity Yellow Races
Adamara Esparza easily won the Varsity XL Yellow race in a time of 18:33.2 and Centennial Corona won the team title. Serenity Fausto of Santa Fe led from the start to the finish and won in a time of 18:04.0. Douglas and Sacred Heart Cathedral tied for first in the Varsity Large Yellow race with Douglas winning the sixth runner tiebreaker.

Issaiah McCorvey of Lancaster won Varsity XL Yellow boy's race in a time of 15:35.9. Local school Bullard won the Varsity XL Yellow boys team title. In the last varsity race of the meet, Elijah Rojas of Simi Valley won the Varsity Large Yellow race in a time of 15:39.2. Pleasant Valley won the team title.
