After, two days of 96 races and 39 varsity races at Mt SAC, here is the recap of the meet.
Friday Sweepstake Races
Despite the elimination of the famous Poop-Out Hill, the Mt. SAC course still proved to be a rigorous course as the leads changed in the last 800-meters of the course. This was the case in the girls Team Sweepstakes Division 3-5 race as Abby Errington of South Pasadena caught Chiara Dailey of La Jolla to win in a time of 16:57. The time was the fastest time over the two days and in a sense was a new course record since it was a new course. Errington's finish helped South Pasadena to a one point victory over Cathedral Catholic of San Diego and Point Loma finished third.
Ayanna Hickey of The Bishop's School held a large lead in the Individual Sweepstakes D3-5 race and came away with the victory in a time of 17:56. Despite the large lead for most of the race, Hickey was almost caught by second place finisher Gabriella Peters of Sage Creek. Sage Creek also won the team title.
In the combined girls Division 3, 4, 5 race, Eve Washburn of Burroughs (Ridgecrest) won in a time of 19:06 and Simi Valley won the team race.

Auge Martin of St Francis of La Canada and Olly O'Connor of Viewpoint raced all the way to the finish line with Martin declared victor in a time of 15:02. Foothill Technology won the team title with 106 points with South Pasadena finishing second and West Torrance in third.
Zion Ortiz of Burroughs won the boys Individual Sweepstakes in a time of 15:03 and Ortiz help lead his team to a sweepstakes victory.
Dante Maldonado of Yorba Linda won the combined division 3, 4, 5 race in a time of 16:03 and La Canada won the team title.

Division 3
Serenity Fausto of Santa Fe opened up the varsity portion of the Mt SAC meet with a win in a time of 18:14 and Santa Margarita won the team race with an impressive score of 24. Brigette Trujillo of Miguel Contreras Learning Center won the next division 3 race in a time of 20:05 with La Mirada winning the team score. In the final girls division 3 race, Angelina Lopez of Canoga Park won in a time of 19:27 and Arroyo of El Monte won the team race.

Isaac Donis won the first varsity boys race of the meet in a time of 15:57 and St John Bosco dominated the team score with 27 points. Nathan Nguyen of Santiago of Garden Grove won the next division 3 varsity race in a time of 16:16 and San Marcos of Santa Barbara took home the team title. Jarett Cruz of Vista won the last D3 race in a time of 16:17 and St. Augustine won the team race.

Division 4 & 5
Madeline Nilo of Bishop Amat won the first division 4 race in a time of 18:59 and Harvard-Westlake won the team score. Hannah Nourse of Laguna Hills won the final division 4 varsity race in a time of 18:51 and High Tech of San Diego won the team race.
Audrey Spaly of Branson won the first division 5 race in a time of 19:21 and thanks to the 1-2-3 finish, Branson won the team title. Jeanna-Marie Lotz of Arrowhead Christian Academy won the last division 5 race in a time of 19:26 and Christian of El Cajon won the team title.

Maury Young of Ocean View won the first division 4 race in a time of 15:56 and Harvard-Westlake won the boy's race. Miles Pike of Canyon Hills on the final boys division 4 race in a time of 16:38 and Nipomo won the team competition.
Declan Mansbridge of Flintridge Prep won the first division 5 race in a time of 16:32 and St Margaret's won the team race. In the next division 5 race, Maxwell Gibbons of High Tech of San Marcos won in a time of 16:27 and Branson boys dominated the second D5 race. Kai Rattler of High Tech of Mesa won the last D5 race in a time of 16:45 and Silver Valley won the team title.

Saturday Sweepstake Races
Braelyn Combe of Santiago of Corona broke open the Division 1 & 2 Team Sweepstakes early in the race and won in a time of 17:20. St. Francis of Mountain View won the team title with Del Norte finishing second and Claremont taking third.
Katja Dunayevich of Canyon Crest Academy ran a patient race and gradually caught many of the top runners in the race and won in a time of 17:39 and Crescenta Valley won the team award.
Olivia Bollenbach of Poly of Riverside won the D1 & D2 Green race in a time of 18:47 and La Serna won the team title.

Trey Caldwell of De La Salle ran the fastest time for boys with a Team Sweepstakes D1 & D2 win in a time of 14:46. Beckman proved that the Clovis Invitational was no fluke with a team victory with Glendora finishing second and Mira Costa taking third.
Issaiah McCorvey of Lancaster won the Individual Sweepstakes D1 & D2 race in a time of 15:08 and Santiago of Corona won the team title.
Nolan Koopman of Rancho Cucamonga won the Blue Division 1 & 2 race in a time of 15:49 and Santa Monica won a tight battle for the team plaque.

Division 1
Kelia Naranjo-Champion of Garfield won the first of the three division 1 races in a time of 19:49 and Northgate won the team title. Saveyra Guerrero of La Quinta won the next D1 race in a time of 19:06 and Castro Valley won the team race. Natalie Gonzalez of Downey won the last D1 race of the day in a time of 19:16 and Temecula Valley won the team race.

Owen Teague of Hemet won the first D1 race in a time of 15:49 and Millikan won in impressive fashion with a score of 39 points. Gabriel Rojas of Lakewood won the next D1 race in a time of 16:09 and Downey won the team team title. Gustavo Perez of Alisal won the last D1 boys race in a time of 15:52 and Grossmont won the team portion of the race.

Division 2
The last races of the two-day meet was the division 2 races. Chloe Leduc of Oakland Tech won the first D2 race in a time of 19:00 and Serrano took first in the team score. Olivia Campos of Mt Carmel led a 1-2-3 finish for her team with a win in a time of 19:15 and Mt. Carmel won the team plaque too. Hannah Pacheco of Stockdale won the last girls race of the meet in a time of 18:51 and she helped Stockdale to the last girl team victory of the meet.

Brian Arndt of Paso Robles won the first D2 boys race in a time of 15:42 and El Dorado won the team race. Nicholas Tassos of Santa Barbara won the next D2 race in a time of 16:03 and El Modena won the second D2 race. The last race of the day was one by Zaylen Barragan of California of Whittier in a time of 16:00 and he led his California team to the last team title of the day.
