Dempsey Indoors at the University of Washington will have plenty of distance race action over three days. The 5000-meter race women's race features Rosina Machu of Gonzaga, Lucy Jenks of Stanford and Haley Herberg of Washington. Joey Nokes of BYU has the top time in the men's 5000. Friday's 3000-meter races have several standout athletes in the women's race like Kaylee Mitchell of Oregon State, Sadie Sargent and Riley Chamberlain of BYU. The men's 3000 has several of the nation's top runners like Ky Robinson and Cole Sprout of Stanford, Drew Bosley, Colin Sahlman and Theo Quax of Northern Arizona, Matt Strangio of Portland and Wil Smith of Gonzaga.

Sophie O'Sullivan, Chloe Foerster of Washington and Laura Pellicoro of Portland highlight the fast heat of the mile on Saturday. Leo Daschbach of Washington is the headliner in the men's race. Meghan Hunter of BYU and Marlena Preigh of Washington are the top contenders in the women's 800 and Colin Sahlman of Northern Arizona is one of the top men's 800 entries.

Once the pros and college athletes wrap their portion of the meet, high school athletes race on Saturday and Sunday. In the girl's races, Jesuit stand out Emma Bennett races top Canadian prep runners in the 3000. Other notable 3000-meter west coast athletes include Elektra Higgins of Peninsula (WA) and Liliana Hudnut of Jesuit. Chloe Huyler of Lakeridge (OR), who ran at NXN, is listed in the college mile. NXN boy competitors Jack Henzke of Seattle Prep, Noah Laughlin-Hall of Summit, Parker Mong of Anacortes and Joshua Bell of Templeton compete this weekend. Other notable athletes racing are Caden Swanson of Jesuit and Dev Doshi of Newbury Park. Crater's Josiah Tostenson and Mercer Island's Owen Powell will race with college athletes in the men's 1000-meter.
